Sweet corn with potatoes



  • 1 large carrot peeled and diced
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 potato peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons of organic sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh chopped herbs (basil, oregano, thyme...)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Preparation

    Fill a saucepan with water, add the carrot and the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the potato and corn. Cover, lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes over a gentle heat.

    Add the oil and the herbs, mix together the ingredients and dilute with water if necessary.
