Banana coulis



  • 7.5 cl of water
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 small peeled banana cut into small pieces
  • Preparation

    In a small saucepan, bring water to the boil, add rice flour and cook over gentle heat for about 5 minutes mixing from time to time. Add banana pieces and cook for 5 more minutes

    Remove from heat. Mix the preparation and leave to cool.
