Apple and apricot puree



  • 2 small peeled apples, seeded and finely cut
  • 2 fresh apricots, pealed and chopped
  • water
  • Preparation

    In a saucepan, cover the cut fruit with water, bring to the boil, lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and put water aside

    Puree the fruit. Dilute with some of the cooking water if necessary.
