Sausages, mashed potatoes and gravy



  • 2 sausages
  • 1 300g potato diced into small pieces
  • 15g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Babybio follow-on milk
  • 15 cl of water
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of tomato purée
  • 1 teaspoon of corn flour
  • Preparation

    Boil the sausages in a pan filled with water (around 20 minutes).

    In the meantime, prepare the mashed potatoes: place the potatoes in a pan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
    Drain, add butter and milk, mash with a potato-masher or a hand-blender to achieve a smooth mash.

    Prepare the gravy: in a small pan add water, onion and tomato purée and bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Add some corn flour and stir well to avoid lumps forming. Lower the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
