recipe : Milk-shakes

  • 30 cl of follow-on milk (or almond, rice...)
  • 1/2 glass of crushed ice
  • according to the flavour : 1 sliced banana or 1 pear cored and diced or 1 handful of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or bilberries or 1 peach or 1 nectarine pitted and diced
  • Preparation

    In a blender or mixing bowl, add the milk, ice and choice of fruit.

    Blend at high speed until a creamy consistency is obtained, pour into glasses and serve immediately.
